1 bunch lacinato kale, stems removed and torn into large pieces (or any kale your store has available)

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Ensure that the kale is very dry – pat dry with paper towels and let air dry if necessary.
- Place dried torn strips into a large bowl. Drizzle oil over kale and “massage” into kale until evenly coated. Add Old Bay and salt and toss to combine.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until dark and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
